We love to take ordinary objects and create fake outs of them for seasonal projects
or popular sales throughout the year.  As an example, these faux playing cards

It’s hard to believe that in less than 8 weeks we will be in 2025!  One thing we love about a new year is a reason to celebrate!  We set out to create something festive to take you into January sparkling and our disco cherries were born.

A little bit of shimmer goes a long way in creating interest and fun.  And the good news is that there are lots of substrate options to make this concept work for any budget.  This cherry duo is printed on mirrored styrene, so it’s flexible and perfect for hanging on a wall.  Want something a little more affordable? A vinyl cut out may be right for you.  Looking for something in between? we love applying mirrored vinyl to rigid substrate like EPVC to add durability without

a huge price tag.

Another great thing about this prop is that because it’s a more generic design, it can work with lots of upcoming themes…Think a “cherry” fun Spring or a little something unexpected for Valentine’s Day.

Can you believe it’s already time to start talking Holiday?! This can be a stressful

time, but we are here to help! There are so many options when it comes to

materials, longevity, timing and budget, and we would be thrilled to help you

navigate all of the choices. To help get you inspired, we’ve collected some of

our past favorites to help the get ideas rolling!

Here are some of suggestions to get you started:

Trees: A Holiday staple. Whether you choose flat or dimensional, you can easily

add a tree to any section of your space.

Colorful: Traditional is great, but when it comes to holidays, there are no

rules about color. It’s a great season to mix and match some bright shades for

a bold statement.

Metallics: A little sparkle can make anything a little more festive. We love using

materials like vinyl, styrene and acrylic to add that sheen to any design.

Snowflakes: Is there anything quite as classic for Winter as a snowflake? These

are a great option because you can use them in so many different ways. They

are perfect for window vinyls, hanging from the ceiling or sitting on a table.

It’s that time of year where we start looking ahead!  We are excited to share some
inspo for Fall and Winter 2024.  It’s never too early to get the ball rolling and
start planning for the upcoming seasons.

Here are the trends we are loving + some ideas to incorporate them into your spaces:

T H E   C O L O R S :  Greens and reds are going to be everywhere!  For greens,
olive and mustardy shades are perfect for the cooler weather.  Deep oxblood reds
work perfectly with cool toned purples and even bright poppy reds, too.

T H E   T E X T U R E S : When it comes to texture, mixing and matching is going
strong.  Think things like leather and fur, chunky knits and textural tweeds.  For
textures, we love printing on different materials to fake out these looks.

T H E   P A T T E R N S :  Leopard is making a big comeback!  A neutral at heart, leopard
works really well when combined with other patterns to create something interesting.
We are seeing a lot of printed sheer tights, which can be translated so well on printed
acrylic for something really unique.  Plaids are also very popular, and can have extra
cool factor when they use updated colors.

When it comes to standing out this Fall + Winter, our favorite way is by exploring
 all 3 of these categories.  Fun patterns in new colors mixed with unexpected pairings
 and textures.

make spaces stand out + create environments that keep people coming back
for more.  A great way to engage customers is with interactive experiences, and this
month we are highlighting some of our favorites!  

One of the most impactful, eye catching and effective options is a photo op.  We
love creating backdrops and props that are fun and engaging.  This way, visiting
a store is not just making a purchase, but creating a memory and enjoying the entire
process from start to finish.  

We have lots of options when it comes to creating these areas within a space, no
matter what your budget or limitations may be.  Here are a few ideas that may work
for you:

-a background vinyl for a wall
-a freestanding cut out with space to “get inside”
-cut out props to mix and mingle with
-a hanging banner
-window or floor vinyls that help tell a story
-handheld signs with catchy sayings

When it comes to print, we have an array of techniques & substrates.

We thought this would be the perfect time to share some of our favorites with you.

Paper: For a classic, crisp + colorful image. There are lots of options for finishes

of paper to refine the look, like a photo satin, fine art paper, or our go to, a 200 gsm.

Specialty Vinyls: These can add different effects, like a perforated texture or

opalescent finish. Vinyls can be used on their own, applied directly to a wall,

table or surface, or they can be mounted to something to make them rigid.

Acrylics: Printing on acrylic is a great way to spice things up!

Since it’s transparent, you can print on either side, or both! When

printed on the face the ink is on the top surface, creating a contrast of

shiny + more matte. When printed on the reverse side, the ink is seen through the

surface, meaning the end result is glossy and the top is smooth. We love mixing

the print on both layers for a multi-dimensional look.

Engraving: For an added special effect, engraving on things like acrylic or pvc

can elevate a piece. This allows to create depth and extra interest, particularly when

it includes a print, too.
