Egg curry is a fuss-free, simple recipe that is perfect for a dinner party at home or a quick lunch too. This egg curry recipe is a super easy one by chef Ravi Saxena from the famous restaurant Dhaba is an excellent one to try at home. A lovely melange of spices tossed with fried eggs, tomatoes and yogurt makes this a perfect dish for your next meal to accompany your choice of Indian bread.

The classic egg curry has a balance of flavours with spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chilli and green chilli along with ginger-garlic paste cooked in oil with pureed tomatoes till a thick consistency. The addition of yogurt gives a creamy touch to the dish before simmering it with fried eggs.

Here is the full recipe of chef-style egg curry that you can try at home:

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs- 3

Refined oil- 1/4 cup

Red chili powder- 2 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp

Green chilies- 4 (chopped)

Tomato puree- 1/2cup

Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

Coriander powder- 1 tsp

Cumin powder- 1 tsp

Yogurt- 1/2 cup

Salt- to taste

Coriander- 1 tbsp (chopped)

Method:

1. In a pan, shallow fry 3 boiled eggs with little oil, turmeric and red chili powder.

2. Separately, heat oil in another pan. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and tomato puree to it. Cook it well till oil separates.

3. Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder to it. Pour some water and mix it well.

4. To this, add yogurt and chopped coriander. Cook it for few minutes.

5. Now, add the eggs to this gravy and simmer it for 3-5 minutes.

6. Garnish the dish with some chopped coriander and slices of tomato and ginger.

7. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

The takeaway habit has embedded itself firmly among those of us who share a love for restaurants and are now nostalgic about them. Takeaways may not match the quality of the actual restaurant experience due to the transit times and the fact that you’re, er, eating at home, but at least they give us a flavour of what we once had, a little echo of the good times.

The TV personality was said to have been arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm during a row with his girlfriend, but was subsequently released on bail, the Daily Star reported last week.

A source speaking to the publication claimed: ‘It all stemmed from Bear accusing her of cheating on him.

‘The woman said she would go around in the morning to explain, which she did, and he took her phone off her started reading all the messages. 

‘Bear found out she had allegedly been speaking to another guy and he lost it.’

In a statement to the Daily Star, Essex police said: ‘We received a report on 20 May that a woman had been assaulted at an address in Loughton. A 30 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of ABH. He has since been released on bail.’

MailOnline have contacted Stephens representatives and Essex police for comment.

Stephen filmed the three men as they waited outside his house with him, with one seemingly guarding the front door.

Sounding frantic, Stephen accused his girlfriend – whose identity is not known – of cheating on him and then coming home to him and denying it straight after.

He was heard off-camera saying: ‘With the boys today – how’s it going chaps?’

This was met by silence from the policemen, after which the Ex On The Beach star asked one of them: ‘Would you be angry if your girlfriend f**ked someone else, brother?’

The sheepish officer guarding the door replied: ‘Not my place… I dont’ have [a girlfriend].’

Turning the camera to one of the others, Stephen asked: ‘Would you be angry mate? If your bird f**ked someone else?’

The video then came to an end.

Explaining their blazing row, the source continued: ‘The reason she threw a book at him was because she wouldn’t leave him alone and kept following her around.

‘Bear has hurt so many girls and s*****d off Charlotte Crosby to Georgia all the time. Georgia’s friends like Nicole Bass, tried to warn her about him but she followed her heart instead. Now thankfully she’ll never take him back.’ 

“Hundreds of engineers are going to be moving to Tulsa through Tulsa Remote,” said Aaron Bolzle, the program’s executive director. “If Tesla also announces it is going to move here, there is going to be no shortage of people who are excited and qualified to move here and work for that company.”

A three-term congressman from Oklahoma’s 1st District, which includes Tulsa, Bridenstine still lives in Tulsa and is Kouplen’s neighbor. He said he approached Kouplen some time ago about getting Stitt to Cape Canaveral for the launch.

Bridenstine, in a phone interview Thursday, said he was not acting as “matchmaker.”

“That’s certainly not the job of the NASA administrator does,” he said.

Bridenstine said he invited “10 or 15” people to the launch, some of whom did not attend. The Tulsa contingent is known to have included Webco Chief Executive Officer Dana Weber, City Councilor Phil Lakin, George Kaiser Family Foundation President Ken Levit and Nordam Vice President Bailey Siegfried. The dinner party also included astronauts and high-ranking military officers connected to the space program.

Because of SpaceX’s deep involvement in the U.S. space program, Bridenstine has worked closely with Musk. Those interactions have been tense at times, but Bridenstine said Musk “is amazingly intelligent and brilliant. … He is a visionary.”

“He (Musk) asked a lot of questions about Tulsa,” Kouplen said. “We just tried, as always, to make the best case that we could. I believe this, and I shared it with him, I believe this is the best choice for many, many reasons.”

He said Musk asked about the Golden Driller, and a recent attention-grabbing effort in which Musk’s likeness was painted on the giant figure’s face and the Tesla symbol onto its belt buckle.
