Estimator – Electrical
Base Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct take-offs and analyze blueprints, specifications, and job requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Participate in bid reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and construction methods
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry specifications
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods while working on estimates
- Ability to walk, stand, and navigate active construction sites as needed
- Must wear required PPE, such as a hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest, when on-site
