Sole proprietor attorneys generally don’t need a lot of fancy features. They want something clean that showcases them, their expertise and experience. This is such a good example in my opinion of a site that covers the basics and does it well. We arranged for professional photographs of him. I helped him with the text. This isn’t a big or expensive site, but we are very proud of it.

A postcard is an ad in the mail. This client wanted to reach the residents in the vicinity of where they were already working. So we created both a postcard mailer to mail and hang tag for them to put on neighboring doors. I came up with the headline – There’s a Hero in Your Neighborhood – echoing their name.

An award winning real estate agent had hired us to create her submission for an award and was so impressed, she had us create a postcard mailer. We understood that – bottom line – she was selling herself (as are most real estate agents). So I came up with the Count On Me headline. Historic Spreckels Mansion
We were proud to be chosen to create the brochure for this famous mansion.
When doing a marketing piece for a high end property, it’s all about capturing the essence and the atmosphere, and maybe even mystery.
This property had some drawbacks. Much of the interior didn’t show so well given “modern” updates, so we focused on the name, the appeal of the area and and creating that atmosphere — all in 1 page two sides. [more]

Kingdar Office Furniture — Brochure
A referral to a Bay Area company distributing Taiwanese office furniture led to our completely redesigning the entire look and feel of the Taiwanese brochure, starting from scratch and giving it a more sophisticated, modern and dramatic look. Working with less than ideal photos, we transformed the brochure, incorporating some important touches like adding people, the dramatic photo of a key part and a chic color scheme – and all in 6 weeks so the client would have it for a trade show.
