Garrett showed me a wide variety of homes that always were in my budget and met my standards. He was very quick to act, and I have no doubt that the reason I was able to get my house was because he was on top of it. He was always professional and friendly, and dealt with my abrasive personality and relentless demands patiently and with empathy.

Garrett made finding a house very easy. He found what I wanted during a time where there wasn’t much available. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise I was able to lock in my house for a fair price and a lot sooner than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend Garrett to everyone.

Garrett definitely goes above and beyond and is very easy to work with. When I was looking for a house every time I wanted to look at a home or if I just had questions he was always quick, responsive, and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

Garrett did a great job helping us buy our new home. He knows the area and the other realtors very well. A great guy to work with and very prompt in getting back to us when we needed something.
