Arnold Engineering Development Complex Deputy Director Kevin Muckerheide attempts to extinguish a simulated aircraft fuel leak fire during live fire training March 6, 2025, at Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn. AEDC is headquartered at Arnold AFB. In early March, Arnold AFB Fire and Emergency Services conducted live fire training exercises on the base to maintain compliance and enhance emergency response readiness.
