Bring Your Kids to the Riverfest for Fun Activities In Our Kidz Zone!The Wilmington, North Carolina Riverfest KidZone area attracts thousands of visitors throughout Riverfest weekend. It is a popular area for families to visit, chill, and watch performers of all kids. Our Kidzone area will be open October 7 & 8 from 10am-4pm. We are looking for organizations and acts who would like to perform on either Saturday or Sunday or both days. Performers can select from a 30, 45, or hour block. Wilmington Riverfest will provide a 16 X 24 stage as well as music equipment and operator. All you must do is show up and show out! We would love to showcase as many acts from our community as possible.

RIVERFEST FOOD VENDORS
You are invited to participate in RIVERFEST, an Old Wilmington Riverfront Celebration, Inc! This is an outdoor event open to all food vendors. A limited number of food vendors will be allowed to display and/or sell their goods. We look forward to seeing you and providing our assistance and hope we have your cooperation and understanding.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

SIGNED APPLICATION
To become a vendor or an exhibitor at Riverfest you must fill out and sign the application that is included in this document. Signing the application implies accepting and agreeing to ALL of the rules.

PAYMENT
No payment required with the application. You will be invoiced for the final amount due after your application has been accepted by the committee.

PHOTOS
All vendors, new and returning, MUST submit recent photos of your booth.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If an item is not on your menu, you will not be allowed to sell it
- Duplication of food items will be limited by the Riverfest
- Menus must be approved by Riverfest
- No one vendor will have exclusive rights to the show
- Riverfest and Old Wilmington Riverfront Celebration, Inc. reserves the right to deny any application
Spaces will be assigned as applications are received and accepted by the review committee. - Wilmington Riverfest is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during the festival.

RIVERFEST FOOD VENDOR GENERAL INFORMATION:
Save $$$ on applications received by April 30th!
TIME OF FESTIVAL:
- Saturday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (no vehicles allowed after 9:00 am)
Sunday from 10:30 am – 5:00 pm (no vehicles allowed between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm)
WHAT TO BRING TO SET UP:
- Exhibitors must provide their own tables, displays, and tents for shelter from rain or sun.
- All tents and displays must be free-standing and secured with weights – ABSOLUTELY NO HAMMERING INTO THE CONCRETE!
SET-UP TIMES:
- Vendors may set up on Friday, after 3:00 pm. However, you will not be allowed to sell.
- All vendors must already be set up on Saturday by 9:00 am.
- No cars will be allowed in vendor staging area on Saturday after 9:00 am. We suggest the use of handcarts to transport your merchandise in and out of staging area due to continuing street fair.
- All vendors must be set-up on Sunday by 9:30 am.
- Cars will be allowed in the staging area on Sunday between 8:30 am and 9:30 am to restock / unload.
PACK-UP TIMES:
- Vendors may not pack up before 6:00 pm on Saturday and 5:00 pm on Sunday
ENTRY FEES (per space):
Food trucks that are completely independent of water and electrical needs inquire about price breaks
Single Item vendors inquire about price breaks
Once application is approved – Invoice and Payment via PAYPAL
(All fees are non-refundable)
All Fees include a $20 Application Fee. Water and Electricity Supplied by the Festival
- 1 Food Vendor Booth Fee (10′ by 10′) = $800.00 now until April 30th! $950 AFTER April 30th
- 2 Food Vendor Booth Fee (10′ by 20′) = $1300.00 now until April 30th! $1450.00 AFTER April 30th
- 3 Food Vendor Booth Fee (10′ by 30′) = $1800.00 now until April 30th! $1950.00 AFTER April 30th

Join Us Saturday!Cape Fear Chapter
The Cape Fear Chapter of the AACA is the oldest and largest club in the Wilmington area affiliated with the national organization. We are dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the automobile in as close to showroom condition as possible.
Our History
The Antique Auto Club of America was organized in 1932 and has been in existence continually since. The Cape Fear Chapter was chartered in 1972 and is one of 18 Chapters in North Carolina and one of over 400 regions and chapters in the United States. To be considered an antique, a vehicle must be 25 years old or older.
The Present
Our Chapter currently has over 90 members, the oldest car being a 1915 Ford Model T and the newest, a 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary model. We also support local events with displays and parades including the NC Azalea Festival, Riverfest, Christmas parades and many others during the year.

Join Us Sunday!Sun Coast Cruisers
The Sun Coast Cruisers is a family oriented car club located in Southeastern North Carolina. The club has a membership of one hundred families. The Cruisers participate in a full calendar of events each year including car shows, car displays, cruise-ins, poker runs, parades, and much more.
Giving Back
In addition to their love of classic cars the Sun Coast Cruisers love to give back to the community, donating thousands of dollars each year to charities such as Lower Cape Fear Hospice, Step Up for Soldiers, Angie’s Amazing Race (breast cancer support group), Wounded Warriors and the CUE Center For Missing Persons.
Respecting Others
The Cruisers also “adopt” a local nursing or assisted living home each Christmas, delivering gifts in their classic cars to all the residents.
