July 24, 2024 – Hamburg, NY. Sole’ @ Woodlawn Beach, a Western New York summertime “Hot Spot,” operated & catered by Ilio DiPaolo’s Restaurant and Ringside Lounge, has recently completed it’s a long-planned building expansion, including a huge, brand-new outdoor patio. The popular lakeside destination is perfect for special events, banquets, weddings and other public, private and corporate gatherings. Its popularity continues to grow and as a result, the need of a larger kitchen space and storage areas became necessary. The expansion project was led by Dennis and Ilio DiPaolo, designed by Lauer Manguso Architects and built by the construction team at Concept Construction. Dennis DiPaolo had this to say about the Park’s enhancements: “These past five years have given us a lot of confidence in working with Woodlawn Beach State Park. The DiPaolo and Palmer families are very proud to be a part of this wonderful park in our community.” Vince Ricotta (VP of Business Development at Concept Construction) said: “It was an honor to work with Dennis and Ilio, two of the finest people I have ever met. They were involved from the very beginning with the planning and execution of the entire job.” In addition to the building’s expansion, the renovation also included a new, 3,000 sq. ft. concrete patio, adding a spacious outdoor seating area just steps from the party tent, outdoor bar and bandstand.”

A ribbon cutting is planned at Sole’ for Wednesday, August 7th at 5:30PM in the party tent, next to the new outdoor patio.
