This device consists of a plastic case containing a composite nitrogen cylinder equipped with a supercharging system.
The pneumatic system allows the use of adjustable low/high-pressure lines, which ensure maximum safety during operations.
The quality of the nitrogen delivered is guaranteed by a 3-micron in-line filtration system.
The device is available in different configurations, with or without boosters intensifier and the dispensing lines can be configured with different pressure values if required.

This modular, height-adjustable maintenance platform, is made entirely of aluminium. It can be used for the right or left side of the helicopter depending on configuration. The modules can be separated and folded down for easy transport.

The platforms are equipped with:
Lifting cylinder, 4 steering wheels with brakes, adjustable stabiliser, shock-proof rubber profiles, height adjustment device to adapt the platforms to the
helicopter’s trim., standard guardrails and safety devices.

This cleaning device is a portable, compact and independent unit containing a circuit for cleaning engine turbo shaft.

Two 45-litre tanks are employed: one for the cleaning solution and the other one for the rinsing fluid. Device can be operated by connecting it to a common compressed-air system, or as by employing the rechargeable compressed-air cylinders.

The system distributes the required compressed air to drain the water from the cleaning loop and from the entire system after the turbo-shaft has been cleaned. The cleaning solution or the rinse water are sent through the flexible pipe connected to the cleaning loop or to the spray tube through a threaded adapter. Specific aircraft connection are available upon request.
